Which delivery services are used by Wellgena? We ship our orders with DPD. How long is the delivery time? The average delivery time for parcels within Austria or to Germany is 2-4 business days. Which countries do we deliver to? We deliver to Austria, Germany, France, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Denmark, Spain, Portugal, Hungary, and Czech Republic. Are the orders shipped discreetly? Yes, we ship all orders absolutely discreetly, in a brown shipping box, with only our company logo and company name printed on it. Is there an express shipping service? Currently we do not offer express shipping. However, we will continue to expand our shipping capabilities and offer express shipping in the near future.
