Yes, CBD products are legal. But there are legal restrictions: CBD products with a THC content of less than 0.3 percent are legal in Austria. In the rest of the EU, the value is 0.2 percent.  According to the Agency for Food Safety (AGES), in Austria our products are not suitable for consumption. The THC content of our CBD products is less than 0.2% and comes from hemp plants that are registered in the EU Variety Catalogue. Therefore, our products can be legally sold in Austria and the rest of the EU.
